HMC understands the technical and legal processes that's involved when it comes to receiving a distressed property by the lender. HMC is experienced in handling all necessary procedures with a court ordered appointment.

 Within 24 hours of a court ordered receivership appointment, HMC will implement the following processes after taking over a hotel:

  • Secure all assets including bank accounts

  • Identify and correct all life-safety issues

  • We use our existing processes and Business information systems to provide real time information about the operations of the hotel

  • Follow proper HR procedures

  • Comply with local/state/federal laws

  • Implement accounting controls
