Hotel Management & Consulting, Inc. ("HMC") is committed to protecting the personal information of all individuals who interact with us online. While we primarily use our website www.hotelmc.net to provide information about our company and to receive job applications, we recognize the importance of complying with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

We do not collect sensitive personal information via the HMC website (as defined by the CPRA) beyond the optional demographic fields listed above. These are provided solely for equal employment opportunity (EEO) tracking and reporting and are not used in hiring decisions.

Personal information submitted via the job application form is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill employment consideration purposes, or as required by law.

HMC does not sell or share personal information, including for cross-context behavioral advertising. We also do not use tracking tools (e.g., cookies, analytics, or advertising pixels).
